Tumuhimbise Paddy

Managing Director

Paddy Tumuhimbise is our Managing Director since 2020. With his professional and skilled ways of handling issues, he has helped the company serve its clients well. He holds a Masters of Public Procurement from Uganda Management Institute-UMI and Bachelor of Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Kyambogo University.

He attended a strategic leadership and patriotism at the institute of Security and Intelligence studies(ISIS).

Opio Richard

Operations Manager

Richard Opio joined Fulltime Security Services Limited in 2022 as a Regional Security Manager. Opio is a security expert with a variety of security experience in different security fields.

Former Platoon Commander Baghram US air base Kabul, Afghanistan, Former Platoon Commander at Combat surgical hospital in Baghdad Iraq, Former Security Signaler at Mult National Corps Baghdad Iraq, armed Security specialist at the Us Forward operations army bases Iraq wide. He has attended a basic Guard Force Training.
He attained a certificate of security in Single Customs Territory, Customs classification and valuation of goods for better knowledge of security supervision at Border points and inland Bonds and ware houses.

He holds a Diploma in Procurement and Logistics Management from MUK (IACE and CEEMS).

Patricia Komujuni

Finance Manager

Patricia Komujuni. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Finance and Accounting from Kyambogo University.

She is a very open minded and always eager to learn and passionate to perform to expectations.

Shabomwe Ronard

Human Resource and Administration Manager

Shabomwe joined Fulltime Security in 2021 as a Marketing Officer and in 2022, he was promoted to Marketing Manager by the Board of Directors. He is a professional Journalist and a Community Worker. He holds a Bachelor of Community Based Rehabilitation-CBR from Kyambogo University and a National Diploma in Journalism from Uganda Business and Technical Examinations Board-UBTEB.

He is a trained and an experienced security officer, having worked as a security officer and system controller for over four and two years respectively.

Tusiime George

Finance Assistant

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce(Accounting option) from Makerere University .

He has a variety of experience from reputable entities with flexibility to adapt to new skills and learn something new everyday to better for the future

Pope Ongom Olirus

Regional Operations Manager

Olirus Pope Ongom is a dedicated and passionate professional with 10 years of solid experience in the security business, where he has consistently demonstrated leadership, discipline, and a strong commitment to excellence in service delivery. His journey reflects resilience and vision, as he not only excels in safeguarding people and assets but also invests in personal growth and academic advancement. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Social Administration at Africa Renewal University, Pope embodies the balance between professional expertise and a deep desire to create meaningful social impact. His passion lies in building safer communities while empowering people through compassion, integrity, and transformative leadership.
